Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
This policy is for residents of Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy and covers the information in Inversion Quest that could describe your health. Human Quest LLC runs Inversion Quest.
1. What we collect
- Physical limitations and injuries you recorded in Handstand Quest, and your Handstand Quest coach profile (longest hold, whether you can hold a freestanding handstand, goals, skills, biggest challenge, plank hold, minutes a week). These arrive only if you choose to bring your Handstand Quest history over.
- How a session felt and your effort rating, when you enter them.
- Body measurements from the camera in Floor Mode: joint angles, how straight your line was and wobble, measured on your phone and saved with each attempt. The live frames pose detection checks are not stored or sent.
- Up to four still images of you from one attempt’s clip, sent only when you ask for a form review.
2. Where it comes from
From you, when you bring your Handstand Quest history over or rate a session, and from your phone’s camera, which measures your position on the phone.
3. Why we use it
To set your targets, keep your records and tailor your coaching, including the AI feedback described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
4. Who receives it
| Who | What and why |
|---|---|
| Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) | Stores what you sync when you are signed in, and runs our AI server. It processes the data for us, under our instructions. |
| OpenAI | Writes AI coach answers for us only after you explicitly allow sharing with OpenAI. Turn AI coaching off in You to stop new requests. Limitations go with coach chat, workout, plan and Ask Coach requests; effort, feeling and measurements with the Coach’s take and coach chat; the still images with a form review. |
We share it with no one else, and no affiliate of ours receives it. Our related app, Handstand Quest, is run by Human Quest itself.
5. Your rights
- Ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data (we don’t sell it).
- Get a copy of it, and the list of everyone we have shared it with.
- Delete it: in the app under You, Your data, Delete account (see our account deletion page), or by asking us.
- Stop us using it by deleting it as above. To keep it out of the app in the first place, don’t bring your Handstand Quest history over, leave session ratings empty, and turn off Auto-detect with camera and Clip every attempt.
To make a request, email info@humanquest.net from the email address on your account, with the subject “Consumer health data request”. We may ask you to confirm it from that address. We answer within 45 days and tell you if we need longer where the law allows. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if you are not satisfied with the result, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General or your own state’s attorney general.
